The bi-annual meeting of the AS4 Consortium of the PEPR O2R programme provided a dedicated forum for recent advances in multiscale biomechanical modelling and simulation. The programme included the following presentations:
- Non‑material Poincaré‑Cosserat equations of sliding rods – illustrative examples, Frédéric Boyer
- From modelling to living systems: soft robotics as a privileged experimental platform – Olivia Chevalier - PhD
- Bending‑compression coupling in extensible slender microswimmers – Clément Moreau
- SPH approach to elastocapillary problems – Luciano Casanova
- Organization of the symposium “Modelling and Deformable Robotics” that is scheduled for late May 2026
